Proposed guidance on Sex and Relationships teaching in schools is very liberal. Pray for Michael Gove and Nick Gibb involved in this, and that the guidance will be amended to be more ‘family friendly’.
House of Lords
Reform here has significant implications for Christians, as many new peers will be elected - please pray for good choices to be made. In the past the House of Lords has tended to uphold Christian principles more than the Commons. At present there are 26 bishops in the Lords, and some are a real blessing in speaking out for Christian values.
