Pray for those involved with Planning and Development in Luton
Planning decisions have a huge impact on the life of ordinary people.
Pray for those making influential decisions in our area.
Proposals for the North Luton by pass are going through the process of public consultation at the moment.
Other key matters facing decision have been sent in by David Atkinson from the planning department.
We are finally deciding on the location and format of the most appropriate urban extensions to the north and potentially to the east of Luton, Dunstable and Houghton Regis. Potential urban extension to the East of Leighton Buzzard.
Key decisions to be taken in the existing urban area:
- How we progress the regeneration and redevelopment of Marsh Farm,
- what for the enlargement of the Arndale should take,
- making sure the detailed delivery of Napier Park is the most appropriate development for the site,.
- progressing Century Park, Station Gateway and Power Court,
- progressing the regeneration of High Town in accordance with he adopted development brief.
